FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PROTECT nano is a high-quality, non-film forming impregnation for concrete- and natural stone surfaces which generates an excellent water- and oil repellent effect. Furthermore the occurrence of moss- and algae growth is significantly reduced.

PROTECT nano is retains concrete's surface structure and its colour.

PROTECT nano is applied on the dry side of concrete production. The solvent-free impregnation is suitable for all mechanically processed or finished concrete surfaces (such as grinded, washed and blasted surfaces).

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PROTECT nano forms a nano-crystalline, protective film which decreases the penetration of water molecules. Thereby the occurrence of efflorescence is reduced and the frost resistance is significantly improved.

The nano-film is not yellowing, is weather-proof (UV-stable), permeable to water vapour and resistant against alkali loads.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities the necessary amount might vary between 50 – 100 g/m² and has to be determined for each single application.
