FIELDS OF APPLICATION

STABILISIERER X (ST) is a special admixture designed for enhancing the pumpability of concrete mixes in ready-mix concrete applications.

The stabilizing admixture is suitable for flowable concrete consistencies, concrete with lower cement contents or an unfortunate particle size distribution. Containing no chlorides, the product can be used in reinforced and pre‐stressed concrete constructions.

STABILISIERER X (ST) stabilizes the concrete mix and greatly increases the internal cohesion of fresh concrete when pumped or during high pumping pressure. Bleeding and segregation tendencies are thereby significantly reduced or prevented.

These characteristics provide a remarkable enhancement in workability and pumpability of concrete mixes.

STABILISIERER X (ST) reduces the stress on pipes and concrete pumps and can extend their shelf life considerably.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

STABILISIERER X (ST) increases cohesiveness of the concrete mixture and improves its water retaining capacity.

This allows the production of high quality concrete with excellent pumping and workability abilities.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 1.6 mass-% of the cement content.
