FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® RC330 (FM) is an universally applicable high performance superplasticizer for achieving high consistency mixed batches with low water/ cement ratios and little consistency losses in readymix concrete. PANTARHIT® RC330 (FM) prevents concrete from segregation and bleeding tendencies and improves its early and final strength development.

PANTARHIT® RC330 (FM) is especially suitable for producing very free-flowing (F6) and self compacting concrete (SCC).

PANTARHIT® RC330 (FM) may reduce the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® RC330 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction process of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.2 mass-% of the cement content.
