FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTAROCK 120 is an economical polymer specially designed to improve the performance in challenging ground conditions, e.g. in soils with high clay content and high fine content.

Furthermore it can be applied to alter the characteristics of bentonite slurries for slurry TMB applications.

PANTAROCK 120 has exceptional lubricating properties. It reduces the adhesion to the excavation tools during the excavation of soils exhibiting a sticky behaviour.

The highly efficient product is suitable for the following applications:

• Slurry TBMs
• EPB
• High clay content ground
• Modification of bentonite slurries

In TBM applications

PANTAROCK 120 generates a plastic soil which can be easily excavated and transported.

In bentonite slurries

PANTAROCK 120 provides sufficient and entire wetting of bentonite particles even at low energy intakes. The admixture has slight retarding effects which prolongs the workability time and facilitates the pump ability.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

PANTAROCK 120, used pure or in solution at concentration between 1 - 4% with the injected water.
