FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® RC277 (FM) is an innovative superplasticizer designed to facilitate the production of concrete containing challenging aggregates such as crushed sand.

The special polymer configuration is adjusted for giving fresh concrete low-viscosity characteristics including very good workability retention and excellent mix stability.

These characteristics support concrete’s pumping, placing and leveling behavior and assists long-distance transports.

PANTARHIT® RC277 (FM) has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete’s consistency by several consistency classes e.g. from F1 up to F6. The high performance superplasticizer is also suitable for producing self-compacting concrete (SCC).

PANTARHIT® RC277 (FM) may reduce the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® RC277 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 3.0 mass-% of the cement content.
