FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Ha-Be Granu-Pearls are specially designed granulates for a safe layer separation of finished concrete products, e.g. paving stones and slabs, after stacking.

Besides the layer securement the high-quality granulates provide the following benefits:

Transport safety

The specific quality of Ha-Be Granu-Pearls secures the concrete layers from moving or slipping.

Scratch protection of the surface

Ha-Be Granu-Pearls separate one layer from the next. Scratches and abrasion should not occur as the layers have no physical contact.

Decreasing of efflorescence

The applied granulate provides a distance between they layers allowing the air to circulate in between. Moisture is able to escape and waterlogging is minimized. As a result efflorescence or stain of concrete products is reduced.

Economic efficiency

Granulates are easy to use and can be applied both manually and fully automatically. Compared to other possibilities of layer separation, e.g. grids or nonwoven, granulates may be a more economical alternative.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Ha-Be Granu-Pearls separate one layer from the next and provide a distance between the stacked layers. This allows air circulation and reduces waterlogging and efflorescence.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure the necessary amount might vary between 10 - 30 g/m².
