Ha-Be Bentonite is a high-quality natural sodium-based bentonite for all kinds of underground constructions. Due to its excellent supporting and rheological characteristics Ha-Be Bentonite is especially suitable for areas with challenging soils.

Besides the supporting aid Ha-Be Bentonite shows high lubricating properties, short swelling times and a good flow ability.

Ha-Be Bentonite is generally suitable for the following applications:

• TBM-tunneling
• Grouting stabilisation
• Diaphragm walls
• Bored piling foundations
• Pipe jacking
• Special civil engineering
• Shaft sinking

WORKING PRINCIPLE

After the dispersion in water Ha-Be Bentonite achieves a high-grade support fluid with excellent rheological characteristics.

The suspension prolongs the workability time and facilitates the pumpability.

The necessary quantity might vary and needs to be determined in preliminary tests for each individual application.
