FIELDS OF APPLICATION

ANTIPOR® 70 is a plasticizer suitable for the production of manufactured concrete products in the consistency classes F1 – F3.

ANTIPOR® 70 improves concrete's compaction, attains a homogeneous structure and generates a hydrophobic concrete texture.

In addition ANTIPOR® 70 minimises sticking to the stamp and attains a closed vertical structure of concrete elements.

The hydrophobic properties prevent water penetration into the hardened concrete. The occurrence of efflorescence is minimised and the frost- and freeze-thawing salt resistances is significantly improved thereby.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

ANTIPOR® 70 penetrates the concrete structure, seals its capillary sub-surface and thereby reduces its stain- and water absorption ability. Having this properties concrete is protected from efflorescence and frost damages.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.6 – 1.0 mass-% of the cement content.
