ANTIFROST 30 (BV)
Plasticizer acc. to EN 934-2 with antifreeze and accelerating effects for concrete

ANTIFROST 30 (BV) is a high effective plasticizer developed for concreting under low temperature conditions.Besides reducing the amount of tempering water in concrete, ANTIFROST 30 (BV) accelerates the cement hydration and effects a high early strength development. In consequence, concrete generates the necessary strength to resist freezing during its early stages.
ANTIFROST 30 (BV) does not contain chlorides.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
ANTIFROST 30 (BV) causes a high plasticizing effect by reducing the surface tension of the water. Thereby high water savings are achieved and the pressure strength is increased. Concrete produced with ANTIFROST 30 (BV) is easier to pump, place, spread and compact.ANTIFROST 30 (BV) accelerates the cement hydration and optimises its heat development.
