FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® TB100 (FM) is a high performance superplasticizer especially designed for the production of ready-mix concrete with a long workability time in different consistency classes, combined with high early and final strengths and without delayed setting characteristics.

PANTARHIT® TB100 (FM) is applicable as a single admixture for many different types of applications such as the production of high quality and durable concrete even at low water cement ratios, the production of high quality concrete with high water demanding base materials, the production of exposed concrete with high surface requirements and the production of self compacting concrete (SCC) even in the presence of a dense reinforcement structure.

PANTARHIT® TB100 (FM) may reduce the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® TB100 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This  property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

Its special built extends the processing time purposefully and meets the special requirements challenging the ready-mix concrete industry.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.2 mass-% of the cement content.
