PPANTARHIT® RC540 (FM) is a high-performance superplasticizer for the production of concrete applied in traffic areas. The product enables precise adjustment of the desired consistency according to the type of installation.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® RC540 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

PANTARHIT® RC540 (FM) advances the pumping and the placing of concrete and improves its processing and compaction significantly.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.15 mass-% of the cement content;
is equivalent to 2 – 20 ml per kg cement.

At high doses PANTARHIT® RC540 (FM) may have a retarding effect.
