FIELDS OF APPLICATION

VORMIOL® is a highly effective form release agent suitable to apply to metal, wood and plastic formwork.

VORMIOL® allows an easy stripping of and enables the production of high quality concrete surfaces with reduced blowholes, pores and spots.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

VORMIOL® works chemically/physically and generates an excellent separating effect. The reduced adhesion between concrete and formwork minimises both damages on the produced concrete and on the formworks.

VORMIOL® contains anti-corrosive additives which decrease the corrosion risk on steel moulds and allow an extended usage period of it.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities the necessary amount might vary between 10 – 40 g/m² and has to be determined for each individual application.
