FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® PC833 (FM) is a high-performance superplasticizer for the precast concrete industry. It is designed to produce concrete with very long workability retention.

PANTARHIT® PC833 (FM) achieves high early strength in concrete even at low temperatures and without additional heat treatment. This can result in shorter stripping times and thus contribute to increased productivity and lower energy consumption.

Due to its strong plasticizing effect, PANTARHIT® PC833 (FM) is suitable for concrete of all consistency classes and enables the production of concrete design from S1 to S5 up to SCC.

Furthermore, the superplasticizer allows the following concrete technology advantages:

>  Low w/c-values

PANTARHIT® PC833 (FM) may reduce the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers and producers may therefore achieve an economical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® PC833 (FM) causes excellent dispersion of the cement in the concrete mix due to the steric repulsive forces. This results in a homogeneous and low-viscosity cement paste that enables significantly improved processing of the concrete

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 3.0 mass-% of the cement content; is equivalent to 2 – 28 ml per kg cement
