FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® F (FM) is a superplasticizer with accelerating properties suitable for producing ready-mix and precast concrete.

Even at low ambient temperatures and/ or continuous freezing impacts on the poured concrete PANTARHIT® F (FM) ensures an accelerated hydration and an enhanced early strength development.

PANTARHIT® F (FM) has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete’s consistency by several classes e.g. from F1 up to F6.

PANTARHIT® F (FM) minimises the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® F (FM) reduces the surface tension of water and ensures a strong plasticizing effect thereby. This leads on to a significant improvement in workability, processing and compaction.

The accelerated hydration process achieves an early setting and enhances concrete’s early strength.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.4 – 4.0 mass-% of the cement content.
