FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® C200 (FM) is a high performance superplasticizer for precast and ready-mix concrete purposefully developed for concrete requiring an accelerated early strength development at low ambient temperatures and winter concreting.

PANTARHIT® C200 (FM) allows a faster cement hydration process whilst ensuring a sufficient level of workability at the same time.

PANTARHIT® C200 (FM) has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete’s consistency by several classes e.g. from F1 up to F6.

PANTARHIT® C200 (FM) minimises the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® C200 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and lowviscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete. Its special built extends the processing time purposefully.

The accelerated hydration process allows a faster hardening and early strength development of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 4.0 mass-% of the cement content.
