FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® RC187W (FM) is a robust high performance superplasticizer which was especially developed for the universal and unerring application in ready-mix concrete.

With its excellent plasticizing effects and its very good workability retention, the superplasticizer allows the production of processing-friendly concrete: The wet concrete has low-viscosity, is level-friendly and shows good pumpability as well as improved cohesion.

Concurrently, concrete shows an excellent robustness against varying aggregates, changing water contents and shifting processing temperatures.
These characteristics provide high application reliability.

PANTARHIT® RC187W (FM) may reduce the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The selected polymer structure achieves a very fast dispersion of the cement within the concrete significantly. This property allows the realisation of short mixing times.

The use of PANTARHIT® RC187W (FM) allow the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The generally dosage range is 0.2 – 3.0 mass-% of the cement content.
