PANTARHEO SE10 (BV)

Rheology optimiser for reducing concrete’s viscosity

Item No. 0161

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHEO SE10 (BV) is a viscosity modifying admixture, especially designed to optimise the rheology in concrete and thus its pumping characteristics under challenging conditions.

The special polymer selection supports the production of low-viscosity concrete and is suitable for all concrete applications where optimised flowability and excellent processing characteristics are of crucial importance.

PANTARHEO SE10 (BV) is generally suitable for the following uses:
  • Ready-mix concrete
  • Precast concrete
  • Concrete with high ultra-fines content
  • Self and easy compacting concrete
  • Concrete with enhances requirements on aesthetical appearance

The rheology optimising admixture is able to provide the following benefits in concreting:
  • Low w/c ratios
  • Optimised flowability
  • Excellent processing characteristics
  • Increased pumpability
  • Excellent smoothing properties
  • Good stability of concrete mix
  • Fast dispersion which allows short mixing times
  • More productive production times

The special built of PANTARHEO SE10 (BV) meets the special requirements challenging the concrete industry. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHEO SE10 (BV) achieves a very good cement dispersion. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which provides versatile benefits.

PANTARHEO SE10 (BV) can be used in combination with our plasticizers, superplastizisers and PCE-based high performance superplasticizer of the PANTARHIT®-line.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 0.8 mass-% of the cement content.
