FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHOL® 500 VZ is a retarder for the production of mortar and was especially developed for applications where an individual dosage level of retarder, stabiliser and air entrainer needs to be formulated.

PANTARHOL® 500 VZ allows an extended setting time of the produced mortar and prolongs the workability time purposefully PANTARHOL® 500 VZ is adjusted to the air entraining agent PANTARHOL® 500 LP and the foam forming additive PANTARHOL® 500 S.
If the addition of those product groups is intended, applied the corresponding products in combination.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHOL® 500 VZ retards the hydration process, generates a smooth mortar and allows a good processing.

The produced mortar has excellent adhesion characteristics which facilitates the placement on masonry and bricklaying constructions.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 1.7 mass-% of the cement content.
