FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT^® RC570 (FM) is a ruggedly designed superplasticizer for ready-mix concrete which is especially developed for producing the concrete consistency classes F2 to F4.

PANTARHIT^® RC570 (FM) has good plasticizing effects and allows high workability retention properties.

This feature allows the manufacture of concrete with significantly reduced water demands and achieves low w/z-values.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT^® RC570 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement lime which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

PANTARHIT^® RC570 (FM) advances the pumping and placing of concrete and improves its processing and compaction significantly.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.5 mass-% of the cement content.
