FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® RC410 (FM) is a high-performance superplasticizer designed for application-specific adjustments of workability retention in ready-mix concrete productions. The special polymer configuration allows very high workability retention and is able to delay concrete’s setting characteristics.

PANTARHIT® RC410 (FM) is especially suitable for concrete that requires performing under challenging conditions like high concrete- and ambient temperatures, long conveying distances and demanding cements or aggregates.

PANTARHIT® RC410 (FM) should be applied within a two-component-system.
Since PANTARHIT® RC410 (FM) has initially a moderate plasticizing effect it should be used in combination with another PANTARHIT® RC- superplasticizer. This system allows the application-specific regulation of workability retention.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® RC410 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

PANTARHIT® RC410 (FM) develops its full effect in intervals whilst cement hydration is simultaneously proceeding.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 3.0 mass-% of the cement content;
is equivalent to 2 – 29 ml per kg cement.

Precondition tests of are necessary! Apply framework conditions correspondingly to precondition tests during the concreting process! Significant changes may lead to higher consistencies.
