FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® C140 (FM) is a high performance superplasticizer for producing durable concrete with high mechanical load performances in ready-mix and precast concrete plants.

PANTARHIT® C140 (FM) allows the production of high consistency mixed batches with low water/ cement ratios, ensures a purposefully extended workability and improves concrete's early strength development. PANTARHIT® C140 (FM) stabilises concrete's structure and minimises its bleeding and segregation tendencies.

PANTARHIT® C140 (FM) has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete's consistency by several classes e.g. from F1 up to F6.

PANTARHIT® C140 (FM) is also suitable for pumpcrete with high conveying distances and for manufacturing fine grained concrete.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® C140 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability, optimises the pumping abilities and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.15 mass-% of the cement content.
