FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® RC610 W (FM) is a universally applicable high performance superplasticizer which was especially developed for ready-mix concreting which requires high workability retention.

PANTARHIT® RC610 W (FM) has excellent plasticizing effects and enables very good workability retention. Concrete prepared with this superplasticizer is processing-friendly, low-viscosity and shows good pumpability as well as an improved cohesion.

These characteristics provide ready-mix producers with high application reliability.

PANTARHIT® RC610 W (FM) may reduce the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The selected polymer structure achieves a very fast dispersion of the cement within the concrete significantly. This property allows the realisation of short mixing times.

The special built of PANTARHIT® RC610 W (FM) extends the processing time purposefully and meets the special requirements challenging the ready-mix concrete industry.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 3.4 mass-% of the cement content.
