FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® PC160 Plv (FM) is a powdery high performance superplasticizer for reducing the water demand in cementitious materials like dry mortar and screed. PANTARHIT® PC160 Plv (FM) is also suitable for the production of dry processed sprayed concrete.

PANTARHIT® PC160 Plv (FM) optimises the workability, allows a prolonged processing time and ensures a good pumpability of the cementitious construction material.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Combined with water, PANTARHIT® PC160 Plv (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 1.0 mass-% of the cement content.
