FIELDS OF APPLICATION

STABILISIERER LC (ST) is a stabiliser especially designed for the production of lightweight concrete and concrete manufactured with lightweight aggregates.

STABILISIERER LC (ST) decrease floating of particles and aggregates and keeps the concrete in homogenous condition. Since the special formulation stabilises the gain texture, the segregation tendencies in concrete can be greatly reduced.

Applying STABILISIERER LC (ST) increases concrete's water retention capacity and optimises its workability.

STABILISIERER LC (ST) ensures an objective oriented production of concrete with a very soft consistency.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

STABILISIERER LC (ST) has a homogenising and plasticizing effect and improves the water retention capacity of mortar and concrete.

STABILISIERER LC (ST) confers a thixotropic effect on soft concrete in static condition. This effect is decreasing immediately after applying external forces. The flowing properties of concrete are only insignificantly influenced.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.0 mass-% of the cement content.
