FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® FT750 (FM) is a high performance superplasticizer for producing high consistency concrete at low water/cement ratios in precast concrete plants.

PANTARHIT® FT750 (FM) attains high early strength even in absence of heat treatment and under cold weather conditions. Thereby the stripping times are significantly reduced and the productivity can increase efficiently.

PANTARHIT® FT750 (FM) has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete's consistency by several classes e.g. from F1 up to F6.

PANTARHIT® FT750 (FM) is particularly suitable for producing self compacting concrete (SCC).

PANTARHIT® FT750 (FM) may reduce the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® FT750 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

PANTARHIT® FT750 (FM) ensures an extended workability time while the hydration development proceeds simultaneously. The special formulation meets the special requirements challenging the precast concrete industry.

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.65 mass-% of the cement content.
