FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® C150 (FM) is a high performance superplasticizer suitable for increasing the early strength development even at low ambient temperatures in precast and ready-mix concrete productions.

PANTARHIT® C150 (FM) has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete's consistency by several classes e.g. from F1 up to F6. PANTARHIT® C150 (FM) is also suitable for producing self compacting concrete (SCC).

PANTARHIT® C150 (FM) minimises the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® C150 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of
concrete. Its special built extends the processing time purposefully.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.15 mass-% of the cement content.
