FIELDS OF APPLICATION

SCHAUMBILDNER 97 is a foam forming admixture for generating ready-to-use foam for the production of aerated lightweight concrete with a bulk density between 0.4 and 2.0 kg/dm³.

For the production of lightweight concrete with densities lower than 0.8 kg/dm³, lightweight aggregates are necessary.

The produced aerated lightweight concrete can be used as insulation against heat losses, as a regulating course, insulation course as well as for filling in ducts, pipes and shafts.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The foam ensures a soft consistency of the porous lightweight concrete. The risk of segregation is decreased and bleeding tendencies are either totally or largely prevented.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

SCHAUMBILDNER 97 needs to be dosed via a foaming appliance.

200 ml SCHAUMBILDNER 97 generates approx. 100 l foam; respectively 1 l SCHAUMBILDNER 97 can produce approx. 450 – 600 l foam.
