FIELDS OF APPLICATION

VORMIOL®-FLUID is a highly fluid form release agent for all types of unheated formwork and has been developed for metal and plastic moulds but is also suitable for all other absorbent formwork.

VORMIOL®-FLUID allows an easy stripping of and enables the production of high quality exposed concrete surfaces with reduces blowholes, pores and spots.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

VORMIOL® Fluid works chemically/physically and generates an excellent separating effect even when using a small application quantity. The reduced adhesion between concrete and formwork minimises both damages on the produced concrete and on the formworks.

VORMIOL® Fluidcontains anti-corrosive additives which decrease the corrosion risk on steel moulds and allow an extended usage period of it.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities the necessary amount might vary between 10 – 40 g/m² and has to be determined for each individual application.
