FIELDS OF APPLICATION

ANTIPOR® aqua proof is a plasticizer for producing manufactured concrete products. It is suitable for both manufacturing wetcast elements and fabricating paving blocks.

ANTIPOR® aqua proof generates a hydrophobic concrete structure during the production process.

As a result the hardened concrete is prevented from water penetration. Thereby the occurrence of efflorescence is minimised and the frost resistance is significantly improved.

ANTIPOR® aqua proof improves concrete's compaction and attains a homogeneous structure. In paving block productions ANTIPOR® aqua proof minimises sticking to the ram and attains a closed vertical structure.

Additionally ANTIPOR® aqua proof increases the strength development and the colour brilliance of coloured concrete significantly.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

ANTIPOR® aqua proof penetrates the concrete structure, seals its capillary sub-surface and thereby reduces its water absorption ability. Having this properties concrete is protected from efflorescence and frost damages.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.8 – 2.1 mass-% of the cement content.
