FIELDS OF APPLICATION

ANTIPOR® 63 (BV) is a universally applicable plasticizer developed for the manufactured concrete goods industry.

ANTIPOR® 63 (BV) is especially suitable for producing semi-dry concretes with low cement contents such as paving stones (core mix and mono-layer stones), blocks and kerbstones.

Enhancing the early and final strength development by exploiting the hydration potential of the cement the application of ANTIPOR® 63 (BV) may lead to shorter curing times and better productivity.

ANTIPOR® 63 (BV) allows to reduce the mixing water and advances the tolerance to variations of the water content which secures a more homogenous and more steady production process.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

ANTIPOR® 63 (BV) improves the cement dispersion in concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an exceptional workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.15 mass-% of the cement content.
