FIELDS OF APPLICATION

ANTIPOR® 60 (ST) is an admixture for the manufacture of semi-dry vibrated or pressed concrete products such as paving, slabs and kerbstones.

ANTIPOR® 60 (ST) generates a hydrophobic concrete structure during the production process. As a result, the water penetration in hardened concrete is minimised and the occurrence of efflorescence is decreased.

ANTIPOR® 60 (ST) homogenises the texture of concrete and allows an even and intense concrete colouring.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

ANTIPOR® 60 (ST) generates a hydrophobic capillary system in concrete which minimises the transportation of solved calcium hydroxide to the surface. The occurrence of efflorescence is minimised thereby.

ANTIPOR® 60 (ST) improves the cement dispersion within concrete which leads to a homogenous structure and closed concrete surfaces.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.4 – 1.5 mass-% of the cement content.
