FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® FT100 (FM) is a high performance superplasticizer for producing high consistency concrete at low water/cement ratios in precast concrete plants.

PANTARHIT® FT100 (FM) attains high early strength even in absence of heat treatment and under cold weather conditions. Bleeding and segregation tendencies of concrete are strikingly reduced. PANTARHIT® FT100 (FM) has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete's consistency by several classes e.g. from F1 up to F6.

PANTARHIT® FT100 (FM) is particularly suitable for producing self compacting concrete (SCC). PANTARHIT® FT100 (FM) may reduce the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® FT100 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

PANTARHIT® FT100 (FM) ensures an extended workability time while the hydration development proceeds simultaneously. The special formulation meets the special requirements challenging the precast concrete industry.

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.2 mass-% of the cement content.
