FIELDS OF APPLICATION

VORMIOL® EM3 is a highly effective form release agent suitable for producing exposed concrete surfaces in metal formwork and moulds.

VORMIOL® EM3 adheres very well to the formwork and is therefore especially suitable for vertical applications.

VORMIOL® EM3 allows an easy stripping of and enables the production of high quality concrete surfaces with reduces blowholes, pores and spots.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

VORMIOL® EM3 works chemically/physically and generates an excellent separating effect. The reduced adhesion between concrete and formwork minimises both damages on the produced concrete and on the formworks.

VORMIOL® EM3 contains anti-corrosive additives which decrease the corrosion risk on steel moulds and allow an extended usage period of them.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities, the necessary amount might vary between 15 – 40 g/m² and has to be determined for each single application.
