FIELDS OF APPLICATION

VORMIOL® Release is a form release agent for a facilitated stripping of concrete pipes, prestressed concrete sleepers, kerbstones and shaft walls and allows the production of high quality surfaces with reduces blowholes, pores and spots.

VORMIOL® Release is suitable for timber, plywood, steel and plastic formworks and moulds.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

VORMIOL® Release works chemically/physically and formulates a good bonding film on formworks and moulds. The facilitated separation between concrete and formwork minimises both damages on the produced concrete goods or elements and on the formworks.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities the necessary amount might vary between 10 – 40 g/m² and has to be determined for each single application.
