FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® C232 (FM) is a high-performance superplasticiser with accelerating effect for the production of ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete elements at low or freezing ambient temperatures.

PANTARHIT® C232 (FM) achieves faster cement hydration with sufficient workability time and accelerates the initial hardening of the young concrete.

PANTARHIT® C232 (FM) has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete’s consistency by several classes e.g. from F1 up to F6 (is equivalent to S1 – S5).

PANTARHIT® C232 (FM) minimises the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers, contractors and applicators may therefore achieve an economical and technical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® C232 (FM) causes excellent cement dispersion within the concrete due to the steric repulsive forces. This results in a homogeneous and low-viscosity cement paste, which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete. Its special built extends the processing time purposefully.

The accelerated hydration process allows a faster hardening and early strength development of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 4.0 mass-% of the cement content;
is equivalent to 2 – 34 ml per kg cement.
