FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® 600 (FM) is a superplasticizer for the production of ready-mix concrete which is especially developed for concrete of consistency classes F2 to F4.

PANTARHIT® 600 (FM) has good plasticizing effects and allows excellent consistency. These features enable the production of concrete with low w/c-values as well as high workability retention properties.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® 600 (FM) improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and lowviscosity cement lime which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete. The concrete keeps its consistency over a long period of time. Higher dosages may have slight impact on early strength development.

PANTARHIT® 600 (FM) advances the pumping and placing of concrete and improves its processing and compaction significantly.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.5 mass-% of the cement content.
