FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® PC145 (FM) is a high performance superplasticizer especially designed for the requirements of the precast concrete industry.

The new product formulation meets the needs of high early strength developments and may contribute to the following benefits:

• Increased early strength even without heat treatment
• Optimized energy consumption
• Reduction of stripping time
• Increase of productivity

Due to its high effectiveness PANTARHIT® PC145 (FM) is suitable for concrete of all consistency classes and enables the production of concrete design from F1 to F6 up to SCC.

Furthermore the superplasticizer allows the following concrete technology advantages:

• Excellent workability
• High final strengths
• Improvement of the appearance
• Reduction of water content (low w/c – ratios). This may lead to a decrease of cement content while retaining the high quality of concrete.

PANTARHIT® PC145 (FM) may reduce the compaction energy applied to concrete. Concrete manufacturers and producers may therefore achieve an economical benefit.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® PC145 (FM) has an outstanding dispersing effect within the concrete mixture caused by its special steric repulsion forces. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an improved workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 3.5 mass-% of the cement content.
