FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® 45KW (BV) is a highly effective plasticizer and particularly suitable for the year round production of ready-mix concrete.

The product is mainly formulated for concrete applications where good workability and high slump retention are required.

PANTARHIT® 45KW (BV) is applied to enhance concrete’s consistency classes e.g. from S2 up to S3 or to reduce the quantity of tempering water.

At high dosage PANTARHIT® 45KW (BV) obtains retarding effects.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® 45KW (BV) reduces the surface tension of water and ensures a strong plasticizing effect thereby. This leads on to a significant improvement in concrete’s workability, pumpability, levelability and compaction.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 1.2 mass-% of the cement content.
