FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT® 30 W (BV) is a universally applicable plasticizer for the ready-mix concrete industry. It is especially designed for the cost-effective production of durable concrete under cold weather conditions.

The accelerating plasticizer improves the early strength development especially at the start of set. Even at low temperatures the product ensures a low w/c-ratio while retaining good workability.

Having a robust product composition, the plasticizer achieves an easy, safe and purposeful application and provides high reliability in practise.

PANTARHIT® 30 W (BV) has excellent plasticizing effects and enables very good and extended workability retentions. A decrease of tempering water or realising concrete designs with low w/c-ratios can be achieved. In addition, the plasticizer increases the strength development of concrete.

These characteristics may contribute to reducing the cement content while keeping the high quality standard of concrete.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT® 30 W (BV) reduces the surface tension of water which allows for higher water savings and an increase of concrete’s strength.

The accelerating component rise the reaction between water and cement especially at the start of set providing improved setting times and increased strength developments.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 1.6 mass-% of the cement content.
